Account & Data Deletion — Hazira Khata

Hazira Khata publishes Hazira Khata (com.Teachers.HaziraKhataByGk). You can request deletion of your account and all data we hold about you at any time. We process requests within 30 days.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the email or with the phone number you used to sign in, subject “Hazira Khata — Account & Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include the account email/phone used in the app so we can locate your data.
3. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, then email you a final confirmation.

What gets deleted

• Your account and authentication identifiers (Google Sign-In / phone OTP via Firebase Authentication)
• Your classes, students, attendance, fees, results, routines and notes stored in our database
• Files you uploaded (e.g. profile images) in cloud storage
• Push-notification tokens linked to your account
• Usage/analytics events keyed to your user ID

What is kept (and why)

• Anonymous crash logs — up to 90 days for stability (no user identifier after deletion).
• Aggregate, non-identifying counts — e.g. total installs by region; cannot be linked to you.
• Security logs (e.g. IP) — up to 30 days for abuse prevention.

Advertising ID

The app shows ads via Google AdMob, which may use your Android Advertising ID (AAID). To reset/delete it, open Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, or see Google’s advertising policies.
