End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Applicability

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) applies to all mobile applications published by Teamz Lab LTD that you download from the App Store, Google Play, or other authorized app stores, unless a specific application has its own separate EULA linked in the app store listing. By downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our applications. By downloading, installing, or using our apps, you confirm and represent that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not use our applications under any circumstances.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any mobile application published by Teamz Lab LTD, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download, install, or use our applications. Your continued use of the app after any changes to this EULA constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illegal content and harmful behavior. The following is strictly prohibited in our applications:

Any content that is illegal under applicable laws or regulations
Harassment, bullying, threatening, or abusive behavior toward other users
Obscene, hateful, violent, or otherwise objectionable content
Spam, unsolicited messaging, or misuse of the application's features
Any attempt to harm minors in any way
Impersonation of others or misrepresentation of your identity

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or permanently ban users who engage in prohibited conduct. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities when required by law.

5. Reporting Obligations

If you encounter any objectionable content, abusive behavior, or violations of this EULA within our applications, you must report it to us immediately. Reports should be sent to [email protected]. We will review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, warning users, or ejecting users from the application.

6. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Teamz Lab LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes on authorized mobile devices. You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the applications
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the applications
Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the applications
Use the applications for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Transfer or sublicense your rights to use the applications

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and code, are owned by Teamz Lab LTD or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or trade names without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the applications and delete all copies from your devices. We may also terminate or suspend your access to our applications at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the applications will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Your use of the applications is at your sole risk. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Teamz Lab LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, goodwill, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our applications. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the applications.

11. Changes to This EULA

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated EULA in the application and/or on our website. Your continued use of the applications after the effective date of the revised EULA constitutes acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangladesh.
